Shell by-product from Coconut juice manufacturing

Our 100% organic fresh whole young coconut water is growing very fast with our partnership with Charlie’s Produce and our launching into Wholefoods. Our business model at Healeo Juice company is to have less than 1% waste. Today, we are sustainable on all our raw ingredients. However, we are still juggling what to do with the Fresh Whole Young Coconut shells left over after we make our coconut water, our coconut milks and coconut almond smoothies. We generate about 500Lbs/Week and can see this number increasing to 10x that over the course of the year if not more. We have looked into making everything from filtration systems, coconut husk root cubes, coconut mulch, activated carbon, charcoal, &c, etc, but this is not our business. We would rather have someone with the creative mind to help incubate and innovate the bi-product of our juice company and find some function outside of our endeavor to not take these concepts to market.
